Better Choice Loans commitment to upfront lending practices allows us to offer you this guarantee. To further ensure accurate pricing, a guarantee in writing will be provided to detail the rates and fees associated with your loan.
How it works:
- Apply for a Better Choice Loans fixed or adjustable rate mortgage online.
- Receive an upfront rate and closing cost offer in writing.
- Take up to 3 days to shop for a lower rate from competing lenders.
- If you find a lower rate on a similar fixed rate or adjustable rate mortgage, we'll beat it or give you $300.
Program Rules 
- You must be approved for the product and rate in the competing offer with Better Choice Loans
- You must notify Better Choice Loans with a GFE (Good Faith Estimate) outlining the competing offer giving Better Choice Loans a chance to offer you a better deal.
- The competing offer must be from a national lender, for the borrowers exact criteria, and available on the competitors website.
- The competing offer must be for the same date as the offer from Better Choice Loans
- If Better Choice Loans cannot beat the competing offer by a minimum of $100.00, and you accept the competing offer, Better Choice Loans will pay you $300 upon receipt of your HUD-1 closing statement verifying the GFE you received.
- Guarantee does not apply to 2nd Trust Deeds

- Appraisal fees are GUARANTEED on all transactions.
- Closing Agent and Title Insurance fees are GUARANTEED on all refinance transactions. (On purchase transactions, you and the seller select these service providers)
- Credit report fees are GUARANTEED on all transactions.
- Flood Cert Fees are GUARANTEED on all transactions.
(Prepaid interest, taxes and insurance collected at closing are not guaranteed. Charges by your current lender in connection with your payoff are not guaranteed. Government charges including recording fees and state tax stamps are not guaranteed.)

We will do whatever it takes to meet your demanding schedule and guarantee your loan will close on the date set by escrow or you will receive a $250 credit towards closing costs. You can be sure your loan will be given priority service by providing applicable documents within 24 hours of our request. We are not obligated to provide a credit to borrowers who do not respond to requests made within 24 hours by third party providers including appraisers, title companies and escrow companies.
